Man at work

The reason I was able to build this author website and put in the time to prepare my book for publication has to do with the fact that I'm not going anywhere for awhile. Sixto, here, towed me out of Big Bend National Park to Alpine, TX, where my van is now sitting in a mechanic's lot, awaiting a replacement transmission. 

Ordinarily, I would be in Quartzsite, AZ, sharing various campfires with my fellow nomads.  Here, from my van, I can work with no distractions. The universe is definitely telling me something.
